I use a simple framework when making or reviewing my client’s marketing strategies and it’s something you can utilise too! It goes as below:
Reach - Your Socials, Standing in Search Engines, Guest Blogs
Act - Your Website, Own Blog and Community Curation.
Convert - Lead Magnet, Leads Stats, E-Commerce Site.
Engage - Customer Advocacy; testimonials, Google Reviews, Talk on Socials.
So then start by reviewing each stage against your current socials and actions;
What’s dragging you down?
What posts have done well? (Check your analytics)
Then look to see what you could be doing to help improve your reach and give more value to your target audience.

By reviewing your strategy against the RACE framework, it actually helps highlight your customer’s journey from discovering you, to being a paying and loyal client.
